This Privacy Policy describes the information that Arctic IT Government Solutions collects through the arcticitgov.com website (the “Site”) and how we use it, how we protect it and the choices you can make about your information. Throughout this document, Privacy Policy “information” includes personal information about you. By accessing the Site, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of your information and other information received by us as a result of such use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Therefore, your information, including any personal information provided pursuant to the Site may be processed and stored in the United States. Third party social networking sites: We use or link to various third-party social media networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter which send information to, and receive information from the Site, in accordance with our user agreements with them. Any information we may receive through a third-party social networking service may be used as described in this Privacy Policy.
    3. We may automatically collect other information about you, including:
      • Web browser type;
      • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
      • Domain name of your Internet service provider;
      • Your geographic location;
      • The Site pages that you visit and the time of your visits; and

Information may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Please note that a user may choose not to share certain information as described in “Your Choices Regarding Your Information” below.

      1.  Third Parties:  We may use third parties to perform functions in connection with the Site, for example Google Analytics; other tools may include: web hosting, web design client surveys), (social media recruiting), or others. We also link to our parent company (Doyon, Limited).
      2. Parent and Affiliates:  We may also share your information with any Company department or other subsidiary affiliates of the Doyon family of companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Any subsidiary or affiliate of ours will be required to maintain that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our web site contains links to web sites of subsidiary or affiliates in the Doyon family of companies which, if used, may allow those web sites to gather information about you in accordance with their respective privacy policies (which Doyon Technology Group does not control).
      3. Investigations and Law:  Regardless of the choices you make regarding your information (as described below) and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may disclose information about you to third parties to:
        • Comply with law, in response to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, or in connection with any legal process or to cooperate with government or law enforcement officials or private parties;

        1. Aggregated Anonymous Information: We may share aggregated anonymous information relating to visitors to and users of the Site with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.

    We, along with third parties, use cookies.

        5. Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics. We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
          • Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website. Google Analytics customers can view a variety of reports about how visitors interact with their website so that they can improve it.  Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We then use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our site.
          • Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are used to store information, such as the time that the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before and what site referred the visitor to the web page.  Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.         6. Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager (GTM”) is a tag management system to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites. Tags are small code elements that, among other things, are used to measure traffic and visitor behavior: to understand the effect of online advertising and social channels; to set up remarketing and orientation towards target groups; and to test and optimize websites.     SECURITY

    While we take reasonable administrative, physical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit via the Site against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Email sent to or from the Site may not be secure. You should use caution whenever submitting information online and take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email.
